Caught during coastal fishing season they are placed in salt, pressed and left to mature in barrels for six months, developing that intense flavour and texture the range is well known for. Single Serve Anchovies 4 – 6 pack, a new retail offer from Ortiz are these super convenient ‘peel and use’ packs. Rather than having an open tin sitting in the fridge, these are a one use item and perfect for making a Caesar salad or on crackers with fresh tomatoes.
