Pangrazzi Organic Milk Camembert

This full flavoured farmhouse Camembert is made from organic milk sourced from the Pangrazzi resident cow herd in South Gippsland.

Being made from organic milk the cheese has a firm paste with grassy, mushroom characters. When ripe the Pangrazzi Camembert is soft throughout whilst still maintaining it’s shape and structure.

This cheese has generated great local interest as it’s currently the only organic milk Camembert from South Gippsland.
