What started as a program in 2016 to utilise surplus Spring milk, by making it into Cheddar, has evolved into one of the most popular cheeses in our range in the past 2 years.

Gippsland Spring Milk Cheddar is an every day cheese with a flavour profile balanced between tasty and cheddar, aged 9 – 11 months. Made with 100% Gippsland milk, the cheese is priced to enjoy at scale. It’s also an excellent grating or shredded cheese.
