They are 100% Australian made, utilising locally grown ingredients and manufactured in Byron Bay.
The Natural Wafers are a great all rounder when there are a number of different cheese types on the plate for eating. The Pepper & Chive variety have a lovely light peppery flavour with subtle chive tones, which work well with some cheeses but are most impressive with pates and dips.
