Based in Tasmania and established in 1998 by chef Andre Richardson, Island Harvest Tasmania is a producer of premium quality desserts, fruit pastes, jams, spreads and condiments. All products are free of artificial colours, flavours and / or preservatives. With qualified chefs to manage the production process, Island Harvest also has an in-house R&D and New Product Development (NPD) team to continually navigate into new flavour profiles and combinations.
