Indulgence is a matured farmhouse style lactic set cheese with a natural rind that is thin and wrinkled. A slow-make technique develops a fine, close texture with a creamy, luscious fudgey feel that melts in the mouth. The centre has some firmness then gradually becomes soft and sticky towards the rind.
