With a mind to finding a partner for fuller flavoured cheeses, our Francophile colleagues provide us with great direction with their wonderful partnering with herbs.
For us, these Rosemary infused Lavosh have an aromatic finish to them that brings strong flavours into line, whether it be a fuller aged semi hard cheese or (my personal favourite) a sharp, tangy, fresh goat cheese.

These lavosh are Australian made and locally sourced.
