Gorgonzola Piccante PDO

With aging times up to 3 – 4 months, nearly double that of the Dolce, Gorgonzola Piccante is a firmer and stronger flavoured cow’s milk cheese.
We find the flavour to be almost spicy, with really great Blue mould character and smoothness. It’s best to leave the cheese for more than 30 minutes at room temperature before eating, for the best blue experience.
