Bold Farmhouse cheddar infused with cracked and whole peppercorns, made on the farm at Tinamba. This award winning cheese is rich in flavour and texture. The heat of the peppercorns provide a wonderful contrast to the nutty creaminess of the cheddar, based on their traditional English style recipe and aged for up to 5 months.
