Ortiz ‘Ventresca’ Belly Fillet of White Tuna 110g

The most highly sought after part of the Tuna, Ventresca, the belly meat, is the most mild and tender. After each Bonito del Norte tuna is cooked in sea water, the delicate ventresca fillets are placed in the tin by hand, keeping the meat intact, and covered in olive oil. Each tuna is hand caught with rod and line.
