Ortiz Anchovies and Tuna Fillets are well known as the highest quality offering in the packed anchovy and tuna categories. From Northern Spain and commencing canning operations in the 1940’s, José Ortiz utilised Italian salting techniques, using minimal amounts between layers, to semi-preserve the high quality produce fished from Cantabria water.
