Milawa Goat Camembert

It’s rare to find a high quality white mould cheese made with goat milk. With it’s light interior paste colour and really wonderful earthy flavour, I find myself continuing to come back to this little gem, particularly where a cheese platter demands something a little different to the every day. The number of restaurants that have this cheese on their dining trolleys is testament to how highly it’s appreciated.
