From award winning cheese makers at Maffra Cheese in Tinamba, this mature cheddar is an easy to use, non-waxed and non-rinded block of cheese with a deep, smooth flavour resulting from approximately 9 months of cellar aging. Storing cheeses in vaccuum packaging like this cheddar is preferred by food service and catering customers where removing the wax rind and cutting through cloth is time consuming and cumbersome.
The cheddar has a strong, smooth flavour whilst still being quite moist with a light crumb.
