After a soft introduction earlier this year and a road test with our wonderful customers, we’ve recently received a new batch of our favourite LE CHAMP organic white mould and washed rind cheeses. We’ve worked with our cheese maker to make a few minor changes and the result is irresistible – a flavoursome, rich, organic, double cream white mould and washed rind range that will make your taste buds joyous, brighten up your retail shelf and get tongues wagging.
‘Le Champ’ is French for ‘the field’ and the milk in LE CHAMP cheeses comes from a small collective of organic dairy farmers on the fields of the Victorian Western Plains. Equally importantly is the skill of our French born cheese maker who’s been working with us for more than a year getting our offer exactly how we’d like it. The result? A flavoursome, rich, organic, double cream white mould and washed rind range that will make your taste buds joyous, brighten up your retail shelf and get tongues wagging.
